Anyways, I just wanted to tell you that you should think long and hard about that real estate deal you’ve been looking into. I’ve been to a couple of big cities in my day, and there’s better places to make a buck. That spot that your talking about buying, on, what’d you call it, fifth avenue? In Manhattan, might not ever go any place. I know of this outfit in Oklahoma City that’s got some real plans for growth, if you truly want to make a profit. Well, I’m just glad that things are working out for you since you made all that money off of the Joe Louis, Johnny Paychek Fight.
