Seriously, look at what your last few votes got us. Someone has to say it, so here goes: Voting for someone simply because of their stand on abortion rights and or their religious views, is just getting you closer to the day when the Chinese, who force abortion, and outlaw your religion, will be owning your ass! Don’t get me wrong, this is just one of a million possible scenarios - all of which will be bad for your children, if you don’t come to the realization that State and Federal Government needs to be run as an efficient business that leaves moral standards up to each town or municipality. That’s where the people who think like you live anyway; and history shows that mandating someone else’s values won’t work without the sword, no matter how you try to sneak them into a schoolbook. Go ahead, live surrounded by neighbors who hide their sins and repent for them in the same manner as you, and appreciate how nice it is to live in a place where everyone on the outskirts of town who doesn’t believe what you do, lives by the creed of, “do unto others as you would have them do unto you”, rather than forcing their beliefs down your throat. If you can’t respect the rights of others who aren’t breaking the laws that are based on our Constitution, than you my friend are essentially no different than the religious extremists that our troops are currently fighting in the middle east.

The United States is in actuality a concept that its upstanding citizens have bought into; its physical breadth can only be sustained by the work it takes for everyone of us to uphold that concept. Yes, “everyone” includes those who emigrate here. Why do you think the rest of the world that once admired us, now looks at us like a bunch of dicks? Because our foreign policy, like our internal policy, has become a tool for personal profit instead of one that inspires and encourages the proliferation of the ideals upon which this country was formed. Wake up! Did you notice how I didn’t even mention the word t-shirt? That’s how serious this situation is my fellow citizens! As soon as you stop acting as though you’re in the midst of your final, fourth quarter drive, the game is lost to those who want it more – and someone is always looking for their shot at the title… Especially when it is the title of your freedom! Remember: There is no such thing as staying the same. You are either striving to make yourself better or allowing yourself to get worse!
